1 cup Medjool dates, pitted Β½ cup roasted peanuts ΒΌ cup natural almond butter 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted Β½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract ΒΌ tsp fine sea salt


Instructions

  1. Add dates, peanuts, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8Γ—8 baking pan.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and smooth evenly over the base.
