1 cup Medjool dates, pitted Β½ cup roasted peanuts ΒΌ cup natural almond butter 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted Β½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract ΒΌ tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- Add dates, peanuts, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt to a food processor.
- Pulse until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8Γ8 baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and smooth evenly over the base.
