For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
For the Apple Topping:
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Caramel:

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Grease a springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan to form crust.
- Bake crust for 8โ10 minutes, then set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50โ60 minutes until center is slightly set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- In a skillet, cook apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice for 6โ8 minutes until tender.
- Spoon apples over chilled cheesecake.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce before serving.
