Caramel Apple Cheesecake: Creamy, Cozy, and Irresistibly Indulgent

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Apple Topping:

  • 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Caramel Sauce:

 

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Press into pan to form crust.
  3. Bake crust for 8 minutes, then cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 40–45 minutes until slightly set.
  6. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. In a skillet, cook apples with coconut oil, cinnamon, and maple syrup until soft and caramelized.
  8. For caramel sauce, simmer coconut cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until thickened.
  9. Top chilled cheesecake with warm apples and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
