  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, flaxseed, and salt.
  2. Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. If needed, chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes to make rolling easier.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
