- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, flaxseed, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- If needed, chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes to make rolling easier.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
