Cinnamon swirl:

- 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Cream cheese glaze:
- 4 oz (½ block) full-fat cream cheese, softened (you love cream cheese!)
- ¼ cup powdered sweetener (powdered erythritol or monk fruit blend)
- 1–2 tbsp milk or almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prep & mix batter:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8″ or 9×9″ pan; line with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat butter and sweetener until light (~2 min). Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.
2. Make swirl:
Mix sweetener and cinnamon. Drizzle melted butter over half the batter in pan; sprinkle cinnamon mix on top. Swirl gently with knife.
3. Bake:
Pour remaining batter over swirl; spread evenly. Bake 28–32 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
4. Glaze & serve:
Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake. Slice and enjoy!
