Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 1.5 cups shredded coconut flakes
½ cup sunflower seeds (or nuts of choice)
½ cup collagen (or preferred protein powder)
10–15 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/8 cup water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Chop sunflower seeds in a blender. Mix all ingredients in a bowl; adjust with coconut oil and water if too crumbly. Scoop into 18 cookies, flatten slightly, and bake for 15 minutes until bottoms are browned.
