- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cotton candy flavoring (or extract)
- Pink food coloring (optional)
Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Cotton candy (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and condensed milk until smooth.
- Add vanilla and cotton candy flavoring. Mix well.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into mixture.
- Add a few drops of pink coloring if desired.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and cotton candy before serving.
