Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cotton candy flavoring (or extract)
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Topping:

 

  • Whipped cream
  • Cotton candy (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and cotton candy flavoring. Mix well.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into mixture.
  5. Add a few drops of pink coloring if desired.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with whipped cream and cotton candy before serving.
