Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Bites: Flaky, Creamy, and Perfect Holiday Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional drizzle)

 

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into muffin cups.
  3. Add a cube of brie into each cup.
  4. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the cheese.
  5. Fold edges slightly if desired and brush tops with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle herbs if using.
  9. Serve warm.
