- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional drizzle)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into muffin cups.
- Add a cube of brie into each cup.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the cheese.
- Fold edges slightly if desired and brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle herbs if using.
- Serve warm.
