For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
For the Butterscotch Layer:
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
For the Topping:
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 tbsp butterscotch chips, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with crushed butterscotch chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
