For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the Butterscotch Layer:

  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 tbsp butterscotch chips, crushed (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  8. Sprinkle with crushed butterscotch chips if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
