- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18β22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
