For the Crust:

  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Optional Topping:

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture firmly into the pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, beat peanut butter, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if using.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
