Decadent Pecan Pie Brownie Bombs: A Bite-Sized Dessert Explosion

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Pecan Pie Filling:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating:

 

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray.
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla to form brownie dough.
  4. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, then cool completely.
  6. In a pan, heat pecan filling ingredients until sticky and caramelized.
  7. Spoon filling into brownie centers and reshape into balls.
  8. Dip each bomb into melted dark chocolate.
  9. Chill until chocolate is set and serve.
