- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Pecan Pie Filling:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray.
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla to form brownie dough.
- Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, then cool completely.
- In a pan, heat pecan filling ingredients until sticky and caramelized.
- Spoon filling into brownie centers and reshape into balls.
- Dip each bomb into melted dark chocolate.
- Chill until chocolate is set and serve.
