For the Cheesecake:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

For Coating & Frying:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups crushed cookies (for outer coating)
  • Oil for frying

Optional Toppings:

  • Chocolate sauce
  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed cookies and whipped cream.
  3. Spread mixture into a lined dish and freeze for at least 4–6 hours until firm.
  4. Cut frozen cheesecake into small squares.
  5. In a bowl, whisk flour, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla, and salt to form batter.
  6. Dip cheesecake pieces into batter, then roll in crushed cookies.
  7. Heat oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and fry pieces for 30–60 seconds until golden.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
