For the Cheesecake:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
For Coating & Frying:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups crushed cookies (for outer coating)
- Oil for frying

- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in crushed cookies and whipped cream.
- Spread mixture into a lined dish and freeze for at least 4β6 hours until firm.
- Cut frozen cheesecake into small squares.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla, and salt to form batter.
- Dip cheesecake pieces into batter, then roll in crushed cookies.
- Heat oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and fry pieces for 30β60 seconds until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
