For the Glaze:
- 🧀 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 🍬 1 cup powdered sugar
- 🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- 🥛 Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- 🥣 Add pumpkin, butter, egg, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Knead into a soft dough.
- ⏳ Cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.
- 🍂 Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 🌀 Roll tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
