Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Filling: 3 tbsp coconut sugar + 1 ½ tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp softened coconut oil
• Frosting: ¼ cup Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup + ½ tsp vanilla


Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
• Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until combined.
• In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
• Gently fold wet into dry ingredients until a soft dough forms—avoid overmixing for tender rolls.
• Roll dough into a rectangle on parchment; brush with softened coconut oil, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar evenly.
• Carefully roll up tightly from the long edge, slice into 6 rounds, and place in the prepared dish.
• Bake 18-22 mins until golden; whisk frosting ingredients until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
