Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (optional topping)

 

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon a small amount of cheesecake filling onto each triangle.
  5. Roll up crescent dough and place on baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar if desired.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
  10. Serve warm or chilled.
