- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (optional topping)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of cheesecake filling onto each triangle.
- Roll up crescent dough and place on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm or chilled.
