- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Creamy Drizzle:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough with melted coconut oil.
- Mix cinnamon, coconut sugar, and salt, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
- Drizzle lightly with maple syrup.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp at the edges.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla to make the drizzle.
- Slice the warm pizza and drizzle before serving.
