- 6 waffle cones
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers (optional topping)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted (for brushing cones)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Toss diced peaches with cinnamon and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
- Lightly brush cones with melted coconut oil and let set for crunch.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture into each cone.
- Add cinnamon peaches on top.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes.
