  • 🍬 1 cup powdered sugar

 

  • 🥛 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. 🥣 Mix the pumpkin, eggs, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. 🌾 Stir in the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. 🍰 Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. 🔥 Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. ❄️ Cool completely. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth, then spread over the cake if desired.
