Instructions
- π₯ Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- πͺ Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- π₯£ Beat the ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- π° Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- π₯ Bake for 50β60 minutes, until the center is just set.
- βοΈ Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
