  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  • Decadent: Mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs (you love chocolate!)
  • Elegant: Chopped pistachios or sliced almonds

Instructions

1. Prep strawberries:

  1. Rinse strawberries; pat very dry (moisture = soggy filling).
  2. Hollow centers: Use a small paring knife or melon baller to scoop out a ½” deep well from the top of each berry (save hulls for garnish if desired).

2. Make filling:

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth and fluffy (~2 min).

3. Fill & garnish:

  1. Transfer filling to a piping bag (or ziplock with corner snipped).
  2. Pipe filling into strawberry wells, mounding slightly at the top.
