- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp softened butter
Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 8–10 rolls.
- Place in baking dish and brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve.
