Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls: Soft, Gooey, and Ready in No Time

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Cinnamon Filling:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp softened butter

Icing:

 

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 8–10 rolls.
  7. Place in baking dish and brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing.
  10. Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve.
