  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and prepare all the fruit as needed.
  2. Add the strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and apple to a large serving bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and lime zest.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle with the chopped fresh mint.
  6. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy.
