- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and prepare all the fruit as needed.
- Add the strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and apple to a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and lime zest.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with the chopped fresh mint.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
