- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
Honey Citrus Dressing:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruit as directed.
- Place strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and kiwis in a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and orange juice.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit.
- Gently toss until all fruit is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
