Fruit Salad: Fresh, Colorful, and Naturally Sweet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Honey Citrus Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit as directed.
  2. Place strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and kiwis in a large serving bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and orange juice.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss until all fruit is evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
