Ingredients

  • 🍫 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 🥣 Cream together the butter and brown sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. 🌾 Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  4. 🍫 Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  5. 🍪 Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
  6. 🔥 Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are soft.
