Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  4. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for 3–5 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches begin to soften.
  6. Flip and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  8. Garnish with mint and your favorite toppings.
  9. Serve warm.
