- ½ cup cold water
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Blue Layer (Blue Raspberry):
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or blackberries for deeper color)
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp powdered sweetener
Instructions
1. Blend layers separately (in order):
Important: Work from blue → white → red to avoid color mixing in blender.
- Blue layer: Blend blueberries, ice, water, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth. Pour into glasses, filling ⅓ full. Freeze 5 minutes to set.
- White layer: Blend ice, water, lemon/lime zest/juice, sweetener, and optional coconut milk until slushy. Gently pour over blue layer. Freeze 5 more minutes.
- Red layer: Blend strawberries, ice, water, lime juice, and sweetener until smooth. Pour over white layer.
2. Serve immediately:
Enjoy as a slushie—or freeze 30+ minutes for a firmer pop! Add popsicle sticks if freezing solid.
