• 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)
• 2 cups mini marshmallows (or vegan alternative)
• Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
• Mix graham crumbs, coconut oil, and maple syrup; press firmly into the pan as the base.
• Bake crust for 8 minutes, then sprinkle dark chocolate chips evenly over the warm layer.
• Top with marshmallows and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden (watch closely!).
• Cool completely, sprinkle with sea salt, then slice into bars and enjoy.
