Instructions
- π Add sliced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt to a slow cooker.
- π₯ Cook on low for 8β10 hours until the apples are very soft.
- π₯£ Blend the cooked apples until smooth and creamy.
- π₯ Stir in bourbon and vanilla extract.
- π² Cook uncovered for another 30β60 minutes until thick and spreadable.
