Ingredients

  • 🥧 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • 🧈 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 🍚 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 🥚 1 large egg
  • 🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 🥥 ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 🌰 ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • 🍫 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

  • 🧂 Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. 🥧 Cut the pie crust into small circles and press into the muffin cups.
  3. 🥣 Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt.
  4. 🥥 Stir in the coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  5. 🥄 Spoon the filling into each pie crust.
  6. 🔥 Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
  7. ❄️ Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
