Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- 🥧 Cut the pie crust into small circles and press into the muffin cups.
- 🥣 Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt.
- 🥥 Stir in the coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
- 🥄 Spoon the filling into each pie crust.
- 🔥 Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
- ❄️ Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
