For the Cookies:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup milk
For the Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Decoration:
- Holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool completely.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
- Dip the tops of the cookies into the glaze and immediately decorate with sprinkles.
- Let the glaze set before serving.
