Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🥜 Almond flour – 2 cups
🌾 Psyllium husk powder – 2 tbsp
🥚 Eggs – 4 large
🍏 Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
🍞 Keto sourdough starter – ½ cup
💧 Warm water – ¼ cup


Instructions

1. Mix almond flour, psyllium husk, and salt in a bowl.
2. Whisk eggs, then add vinegar, warm water, and starter.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
4. Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 3-4 hours.
5. Shape into a loaf and let rest for 1-2 hours.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
