Instructions
1. Mix yogurt base:
In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, powdered sweetener, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla (if using) until smooth and creamy.
2. Spread & top:
- Line a baking sheet (9×13″ or similar) with parchment.
- Pour yogurt mixture onto sheet; spread evenly into a ½” thick rectangle.
- Sprinkle graham crumbs (or almond flour mix) and optional pistachios/coconut over top. Gently press in.
3. Freeze:
Freeze at least 4 hours (or overnight) until solid.
4. Break & serve:
Lift bark off parchment; break into rustic shards. Store frozen.
