Instructions

  1. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. ๐Ÿฅฃ Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest until just combined.
  3. ๐Ÿง€ In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. ๐Ÿง Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a spoonful of the cream cheese filling, then cover with more batter.
