  • 16 oz (2 blocks) full-fat cream cheese, softened (you love cream cheese!)
  • ¾ cup natural sugar-free peanut butter (no added sugar—you love blood sugar friendly!)
  • ½ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate topping:

  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener

Garnish:

  • Extra cookie crumbs
  • Sugar-free chocolate shavings
  • Crushed peanuts (you love nuts!)

Instructions

1. Make crust:

  1. Crush GF chocolate cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with melted butter and optional sweetener. Press firmly into bottom of 9×13″ dish. Chill 10 min.

2. Make peanut butter layer:

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy (~3 min). Spread evenly over crust.

3. Whip chocolate topping:

In a cold bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sweetener to stiff peaks. Gently fold in cooled melted chocolate until swirled. Spread over peanut butter layer.

4. Chill & serve:

Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight). Garnish with cookie crumbs, chocolate, and peanuts before serving.
