  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

 

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until the mixture holds together when pressed.
  4. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up slightly.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll in powdered sugar if desired.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
