Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar if desired.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
