Ingredients

  • 🍪 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 🧈 ½ cup melted butter
  • 🧀 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 🍚 ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 🥚 2 large eggs
  • 🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 🍍 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 🥛 ½ cup sour cream
  • 🥥 Toasted coconut, for garnish (optional)

 

  • 🍦 Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 🍪 Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. 🥣 Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and crushed pineapple.
  4. 🍰 Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. 🔥 Bake for 50–55 minutes, until the center is just set.
  6. ❄️ Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. 🍦 Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut before serving.
