Ingredients

  • 🎃 1 cup pumpkin purée

  • 🍫 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 🥄 2 tsp baking powder
  • 🍂 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 🧂 ½ tsp salt

 

  • 🍫 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. 🥣 Whisk together the pumpkin purée, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  3. 🌾 Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until just combined.
  4. 🍫 Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. 🧁 Fill the muffin cups about ¾ full.
  6. 🔥 Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. ❄️ Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
