Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or dessert cups.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
- Top with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, or caramel before serving if desired.
