For the Mousse:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Optional Garnishes:

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or dessert cups.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
  7. Top with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, or caramel before serving if desired.
