- 48 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup natural caramel sauce (or sugar-free caramel sauce)
- 1½ cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
- 2 tbsp chopped roasted pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of caramel sauce onto 24 Ritz crackers.
- Top each with another cracker to create sandwiches.
- Freeze the cracker sandwiches for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place on the prepared tray and immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chopped pecans, if using.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
