- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut.
- Scoop large spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10β12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
- Cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
