  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut.
  7. Scoop large spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
  9. Cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
