Ingredients:
  • ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup natural sugar-free peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • Pinch of sea salt
Method:
  1. Melt chocolate + coconut oil; spoon 1 tsp into mini muffin liners.
  2. Mix peanut butter + sweetener + salt; drop ½ tsp on chocolate.
  3. Top with more melted chocolate. Freeze 15 min.
    Net carbs: 2g per cup

🧈 2. No-Bake Butterscotch Chews

(Like old-school Werther’s—but better!)
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup sugar-free butterscotch chips
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
