Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Cotton candy sprinkles or colorful candy sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8Γ—8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cotton candy flavoring and salt.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls.
  6. Tint one bowl pink and the other blue with food coloring.
  7. Alternate spoonfuls of each color into the prepared pan.
  8. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together.
  9. Sprinkle the top with cotton candy sprinkles.
  10. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  11. Lift from the pan and cut into squares before serving.
