For the Cream Layer:

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Layers:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1 pack ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1/2 cup milk or raspberry juice (for dipping)

Optional Garnish:

  • White chocolate shavings
  • Extra raspberries
  • Crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and melted white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Quickly dip ladyfingers into milk or raspberry juice (do not soak).
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish to form the base.
  6. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Sprinkle raspberries and crushed pistachios on top.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cream.
  9. Top with raspberries, pistachios, and white chocolate shavings.
  10. Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours (overnight for best texture).
