For the Cream Layer:
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Layers:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 pack ladyfinger biscuits
- 1/2 cup milk or raspberry juice (for dipping)
Optional Garnish:

Instructions
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and melted white chocolate until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until light and fluffy.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into milk or raspberry juice (do not soak).
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish to form the base.
- Spread a layer of cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle raspberries and crushed pistachios on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cream.
- Top with raspberries, pistachios, and white chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate at least 4β6 hours (overnight for best texture).
