  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & black pepper to taste (use reduced-sodium—you love low-sodium!)

Lime-cabbage slaw:

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime (you love citrus!)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Avocado crema:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream (high-protein—you love this!)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

For serving:

  • 8 small corn tortillas (use certified GF—you love gluten-free!)
  • Lime wedges
  • Optional: Pickled red onions or jalapeños (you love spicy!)

Instructions

1. Season salmon:

Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil; sprinkle evenly with chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2. Air fry salmon:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon in basket (skin-side down if skin-on). Cook 8–10 minutes until flaky and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).

3. Make slaw & crema:

  • Slaw: Toss cabbage, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and salt.
  • Crema: Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt until smooth.

4. Warm tortillas:

Wrap tortillas in damp paper towel; microwave 30 seconds or warm in dry skillet.

5. Assemble tacos:

Flake salmon into tortillas. Top with slaw, crema, and optional pickled onions. Serve with lime wedges.
