- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans or crispy bacon bits (for coating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
- Mix until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in crushed pecans or bacon bits until fully coated.
- Arrange on a serving platter and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or enjoy on their own.
