  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans or crispy bacon bits (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each cheese ball in crushed pecans or bacon bits until fully coated.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter and chill until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or enjoy on their own.
