For the Chicken:
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey

- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in buttermilk and let marinate for 15β20 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Fry chicken in batches for 4β5 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Toss the warm chicken with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
