- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Garnish:
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush with olive oil.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, honey, and garlic until smooth.
- Spoon or brush the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with steamed vegetables, brown rice, or a fresh salad.
