Ingredients
• 1 lb lean chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (or mix: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, oregano, thyme)
• 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
• ½ tsp smoked paprika for extra depth
• Pinch of salt & black pepper
• Optional: lemon wedges, Greek yogurt ranch for dipping
Instructions
• Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
• Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
• Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket or on parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Air fry 8-10 mins (flipping halfway) or bake 12-15 mins until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
• Let rest 2 minutes, then serve warm with lemon wedges or a light Greek yogurt dip!
