Ingredients
2 lbs chicken legs or wings
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
Add chicken to a large bowl or zip bag, pour sauce over, and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes if time allows.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in the dish. Pour extra sauce on top.
Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, flipping once and basting with sauce halfway through, until caramelized and cooked through.
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness!
